Bottling Day

Photos from bottling the Organic Concord. I had bought 12 clear bottles from the Wine & Hop shop and rented the bottler.  A neat device where you put a cork into the hole slot at the top, set a bottle onto the round platform then push down rapidly with the handle to cork the bottle.  There is a screw setting that sets how far the cork will go into the bottle.
